Customers participating in a test ride must follow all instructions provided by Hermes EV Solutions and use appropriate safety equipment.

Hermes may require valid identification, contact details, or other information before permitting a test ride.

Test rides may be refused or discontinued where safety requirements are not satisfied.

Hermes EV Solutions may facilitate financing options through third-party finance partners, including Bajaj Finserv, subject to applicable schemes.

The listed statements are subject to the applicable product, finance scheme, customer eligibility, lender approval, and the finance partner's terms and conditions.

Hermes EV Solutions does not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, EMI amounts, processing times, or eligibility.

Battery performance, range, charging time, battery life, and other specifications vary by model, usage, riding conditions, load, temperature, terrain, charging practices, and battery condition.

Battery replacement, repair, or warranty support is subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty and service conditions.

Customers should use the recommended charger and follow the manufacturer's charging and maintenance instructions.

Unauthorized modifications, incorrect charging equipment, physical damage, misuse, water damage, overloading, or other improper use may affect performance and warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage is determined by the respective manufacturer and the warranty applicable to the purchased vehicle or component.

Warranty terms may vary by brand, model, battery, motor, charger, controller, frame, accessories, and other components.

Manufacturing defects may be covered subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty conditions.

Warranty generally does not automatically cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, unsuitable chargers, overloading, or other exclusions specified by the manufacturer.

Customers may be required to provide the original purchase invoice, warranty documentation, service records, or other supporting documents when making a warranty claim.

Hermes EV Solutions may assist customers with eligible warranty claims but does not independently determine the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

Pickup, delivery, and roadside assistance may be available for eligible vehicles and service areas.

Availability, charges, response times, and service coverage may vary depending on location, vehicle condition, service requirements, traffic, weather, and operational circumstances.

Any applicable pickup, delivery, transportation, or emergency service charges will be communicated where applicable.

Annual Maintenance Contracts or preventive maintenance plans may be offered for selected vehicles and services.

An AMC does not automatically cover accident damage, consumables, major component replacement, battery replacement, or other excluded items unless expressly stated in the applicable plan.

Hermes EV Solutions may provide service support for eligible electric scooters and electric cycles purchased from other dealers or brands.

Such service is subject to technical compatibility, availability of parts, vehicle condition, brand requirements, and Hermes' service policies.

Warranty claims for vehicles purchased elsewhere remain subject to the original manufacturer's warranty terms.

Hermes reserves the right to decline service where the vehicle cannot be safely or technically serviced.
